Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and deploy sales strategy
  • Generate leads for large scale projects
  • Manage customer relationships and communications
  • Grow revenue and account base
  • Develop relationships and negotiate deals with channel partners
  • Design and create marketing collateral
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communication
  • Close multi-million dollar project deals

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of selling/business development, with 3+ years at a senior level in related industries
  • Experience working in sales/business development in Southern California
  • Understanding of the renewable energy market, especially around solar photovoltaic (PV) and electric vehicle charging solutions
  • Experience in commercial real estate
  • Demonstrable ability to sell at elevated manner (real estate deals, multi million dollar projects, etc.)
  • Existing related networks and contacts, a plus
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple leads
  • Ability to design and create selling/marketing collateral
  • Solid track record in closing deals
  • Self starting, highly independent and entrepreneurial
  • Ability to thrive in a fast work pace environment
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
