- Participation in the development and review of all cost estimates and budgeting

- Assessment of technology
- Assessment of qualifications and capabilities of manufacturers, contractors and service providers
- Development, refinement and finalization of the Project’s community design
- Participation in the review of Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs)
- Discretionary review of documents and approval processes, special documents, meetings & hearings associated with those meetings
- Coordination of, or participation in producing drawings, construction documents, the commissioning of presentation models, color renderings, digital animations, videos, documentary films and other materials needed.
- Assistance in the development of on-line outreach and web promotion of the project, the Client and stakeholders.
- Participation in the public and media outreach associated with the Project and the mission, vision and activities of the Client.
- Other activities necessary for the implementation of planning process
