 Solar Master Planning includes the following activities:

• Development of Solar Master Plan
• Solar site recommendations
• Identification of first phases for solar showcase projects
• Analysis of four major types of solar installation:  rooftop, ground-mount, BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic), Solar Integrated Infrastructure and Building Systems (SIIBS)
• Solar Opportunity Analyses (SOAs) – system sizes, annual outputs, financial analysis
• Assessment of Solar Technology including Solar-thermal and solar-photovoltaic
• Assessment of qualifications and capabilities of solar manufacturers and service providers
• Development of Project Solar Design Guidelines and performance standards
• Client Representation (as needed)
• Planning and Support of Entitlement Processing and Approvals
• Project Scheduling from start to completion
• Participation in the development and review of all cost estimates and budgeting
• Discretionary review of documents and approval processes, special documents, meetings & hearings associated with those meetings
• Coordination of, or participation in the commissioning of presentation models, color renderings, digital animations, videos, documentary films and other materials needed. 
• Participation in the public and media outreach associated with the Project and the mission, vision and activities of the Client.
